Banana Nut Bread with

Cake Mix


3 Eggs (at room temperature) 1/3 c Vegetable Oil 3-5 Very Ripe Bananas (use hand mixer to whip into a creamy state) 1 c Chopped Pecans 1 box Yellow Cake Mix or Super Moist Devils Food Cake Mix	Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease with Pam and flour (2) 8x4 bread pans. In a large bowl, whisk together cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and bananas. Beat in a small bowl to soften them with less lumps. Add pecans. Pour batter into prepared pans. Put in oven and cook 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Let cool 10 minutes before flipping onto wire rack to cool completely.
